How we did it
Models split into parts
Dashboard, door panels, surrounds and badges modelled in 3D and split into printable pieces, with joints and fixing points.
Printing
Dozens of parts printed in large format, then trimmed, dry-fitted and bonded.
Finishing
Filler, sanding, primer and paint: the surfaces have to look like a production vehicle.
Assembly
The dashboard with digital instruments, controls and trim fitted to the cab on the working chassis.
Launch
Showroom, lighting and filming for the vehicle launch.
Bring us the context. The constraints. Even the mess.
Finding the way is our job.
